The Cerato small family car version costs £9995. Although £300 less than the 1.6 GS it's based on, extra features of air-conditioning, 15-inch alloys and remote central locking are standard.

Lastly, the Picanto Zapp is £300 more expensive than the entry-level 1.0-litre S at £5995, and comes with a year's free insurance.
