UK sports car maker Noble has released the first details of its fastest-ever model.

The new £74,950 M15 uses a 455bhp 3.0-litre engine and snaps from 0-60mph in just 3.3sec. It takes just 8.0sec to go from 0-100mph, too.

Top speed is geared to 185mph – Noble says it could have geared the car to reach 200mph, but instead designed the car to have strong acceleration through the range instead.

The M15 weighs only slightly more than a supermini such as the Ford Fiesta, and it's faster than the stripped-out, road-racer-style Noble M400 and M12 GTO-R3.

It has more luggage storage than any other Noble, too. In fact, with 300 litres of space, you could argue it's more practical than the Fiesta.

Noble also promises that, as well as being dynamically sharp and brilliant to drive, the M15 will also offer more refinement than any other model from the marque.
