Our impression of S-type concept

Jaguar has announced that the successor to the S-type saloon will be called the XF, which will make its public debut next autumn.

Jaguar hasn't released any pictures of the new car yet, but our artist's impression shows what the new model could look like.

Designed in Coventry and built in Birmingham, the first cars will be on sale in the spring of 2008.

'Our new XK sports car has been very well received and is enjoying great success,' said Bibiana Boerio, Managing Director of Jaguar Cars. 'We are now moving on to the next stage of Jaguar's exciting new design era - and if you like the new XK, just wait until you see the new Jaguar XF!'
