Car owner comment
‘The DS3 never fails to put a smile on my face. It looks terrific, it’s comfortable and it’s quick; I went for the 1.6 VTi petrol motor. The DS3 has plenty of room for my three boys in the back, even with the driver’s seat pushed all the way back to accommodate my long legs. ‘Equipment levels are great, with auto lights and wipers, cruise control and a decent stereo that connects to the iPhone.’

How we did it
The JD Power survey took place between January and March 2014, using cars registered between January 2011 and December 2012. Only models with more than 4000 sales were considered (109 in total). The JD Power survey categorises cars differently to What Car?, so the categories you see here are unique to this report.
