Car owners rated 2 Lexus models
The star performer from the joint-best manufacturer in the survey is loved for the quality materials, smooth gearbox and clear instrumentation. Owners can only find the heater, space in the rear and some starting issues to complain about.See how this model ranked
Being listed as the lowest-ranked Lexus does not tell the full story. Owners love the high-quality cabin materials, comfy seats, hushed interior, affordable insurance and fabulous dealer service. Poor economy, seat rattles, quirky audio controls and odd wiper behaviour are the only faults reported by the otherwise content owners.

How we did it
The JD Power survey took place between January and March 2014, using cars registered between January 2011 and December 2012. Only models with more than 4000 sales were considered (109 in total). The JD Power survey categorises cars differently to What Car?, so the categories you see here are unique to this report.
