Franchised dealer - Dealers which form part of a manufacturer's official network are not usually owned by the car maker, but run by franchisees who must meet certain standards of specialist service.
Used car prices at franchised dealers tend to be a little higher than the norm, but the warranty and aftersales back-up are usually more comprehensive.
