Hands-free phone kits - It is illegal to use anything other than a purpose-fitted hands-free system - a simple earpiece that plugs into a phone is not enough. Currently, you risk a £30 on-the-spot fine for using a hand-held mobile phone, but the Road Safety Bill is seeking to make this £60 and give you three points on your licence.
