N - Number plates

Number plates - The on-the-road car prices listed on whatcar.com include the cost of number plates, but always check that this is included if you see an attractive low price.
It is not unknown for such charges to be hidden at the bottom of an agreement, making the car less of a bargain than it first seemed.
Generally, you are assigned a registration number when you register a new car, but you can buy a personal plate at any time. (See Select registrations.)
