Tax - All vehicles used or kept on the roads must have a valid tax disc. (See Road tax.) Company drivers also face benefit-in-kind taxation. (See also Company cars/tax.)
Tax also accounts for more then 70% of the price of each litre of fuel you buy. VAT is also payable on new car purchases at the standard rate of 17.5%.
