VOSA - Vehicle and Operator Services Agency. A Government agency within the Department for Transport which controls the administration of the MoT test and vehicle recall procedures. Its purpose is to improve road safety by ensuring that all vehicles are roadworthy. It is also responsible for commercial road transport, such as lorries and buses.
