Toyota GT86 convertible set for Geneva reveal

Japanese car giant Toyota has teased that a convertible version of its stylish GT86 sports vehicle is coming to the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.

The firm opted for a unique approach of hinting towards a new car launch, by choosing to release an image of its GT86 convertible concept which appears as though someone has sketched the motor.

Kia tease Cross GT Concept reveal for Chicago Auto Show

It has been a busy week for South Korean car maker Kia, with the manufacturer now teasing the unveiling of its Cross GT concept vehicle at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show.

Audi A3 Cabriolet Final Edition models announced

German car maker Audi is looking to send off its A3 Cabriolet range in style, with the release of Final Edition varieties of the popular vehicle range.

The new models are based on the designs of the Sport and S line specification levels, of which the vehicles will be replacing in the weeks to come.

Kia enhances both its Soul and Picanto vehicle ranges

Two new varieties of the Kia Picanto and a stylish addition to the Kia Soul Originals family have been revealed by the South Korean car manufacturer.

Drivers of any taste should find something to suit them from Kia's new offerings, with the five-door Picanto in a Fuchsia Blush hue sure to attract those after a car which packs a funky exterior design.

The snazzy pink bodywork design can be applied to the mid-range grade two and the top-of-the-range grade three editions of the Kia Picanto.

BMW and Toyota plan to make new sports car

A greater long-term technical collaboration between BMW and Toyota is set to see the two brands assess the feasibility of a jointly-manufactured sports car.

Through the signing of a series of agreements, the vehicle manufacturers are to pursue a number of avenues in the motor industry.

For example, BMW and Toyota have put their pens to a binding agreement whereby both parties will commence collaborative research on the creation of lithium-air batteries, a post-lithium-battery solution.

All-new Skoda Octavia's UK specifications detailed

The next-generation Skoda Octavia is set to present drivers with more space, more equipment and the latest in technology features than other models in the range.
