Henry Ford once famously stated that "any customer can have a car painted any colour that he wants so long as it is black". Designers at German car giant Audi appears to have taken this quote to heart.
This is because the firm has revealed that it is bringing a new Black Edition specification to some of its most loved products.
Audi is applying the slick design to the Audi A6 Saloon, the Audi Avant and the Audi A7 Sportback.
There are many aspects of the Black Edition cars that enable the models to stand out from the standard vehicles.
To begin with, each vehicle embracing the specification will feature rotor-design alloy wheels with a dark titanium finish.
A black-hued finish for the grille and number plate surrounds are also sure to catch the eye of motor enthusiasts, as will the fact that the privacy glass now extends rearwards from the B-pillar on these models.
Inside the Black Edition vehicles, Piano Black inlays match up perfectly with comfortable sport seats, while black Valcona leather upholstery gives the interior a touch of luxury.
This unique Audi range will hit UK roads early next year.
