A special edition Kia Optima, inspired by well-loved comic book hero Batman, is set to spearhead the South Korean car maker's latest charity effort.
Based on a top spec US market Kia Optima SX Limited vehicle, the car has been given a style twist to make it more accustomed to the fictional streets of Gotham City by legendary comic artist Jim Lee.
The model is the first in a series of eight Justice League-inspired vehicles being launched by Kia over the next ten months in a joint effort with DC Entertainment to raise money for the 'We Can Be Heroes' relief campaign.
Unique features of this one-of-a-kind Kia Optima can be seen all across the car's exterior, including its batwing logo grille, yellow LED headlighting and bat signal etched HID headlights.
A matte-black with piano black bat detailing paintjob also allows the vehicle to stand out from the crowd, while drivers will be greeted with a luxurious black leather and yellow stitching interior design when they step inside the car.
The Batman Kia Optima is currently on display at the Time Warner Center in New York City.
