Drivers of Mazda's are proving to be a very happy bunch, with the manufacturer claiming a remarkable 94 per cent satisfaction rating following a recent survey.
Aftersales director for Mazda UK David Wilson-Green said the top rating provides a ringing endorsement that the manufacturer offers customers the best possible support. He said that customers receive an "open, honest and fair service" from staff that are both "competent and conscientious".
“The survey demonstrates that car owners looking for a reliable, trustworthy garage can be confident of finding exactly that when they visit a Mazda dealer,” he added.
Conducted by Motor Codes, the government-backed, self-regulatory body for the motor industry, the survey also took into account direct responses from the public which were recorded at the authority's website.
Mr Wilson-Green said customer experience is a top priority for Mazda and that feedback helps to further enhance the services it offers.
