New Skoda Yeti gets set for Adventure

The ever-popular Skoda Yeti plans to further tempt business users to its chunky styling with a new limited edition model, called the Yeti Adventure.

The limited edition Yeti comes complete with a low-CO2, low-tax-attracting diesel engine – the 2.0-litre TDI CR 110PS DPF motor with 55.4mpg fuel economy on the combined cycle and emissions of 134g/km. The turbo-diesel engine drives the front wheels only through a 6-speed manual gearbox. This Yeti Adventure model is priced at £18,640.

But, the best Yeti Adventure news is yet to come, with Skoda announcing that their rugged-looking special edition compact SUV will enjoy up to £2,250 worth of extra equipment at no extra cost.

The new Yeti Adventure adds to the equipment list found as standard on the Yeti SE model, bringing extras like the 17-inch black and chrome Matterhorn alloys, a black roof and black door mirrors, silver roof rails and black side mouldings with chrome edges. The special edition will be offered in two colours; Candy White and Brilliant Silver Metallic.

Extra goodies on the inside include Adventure-only silver stitching and tyre print design for the upholstery, an Amundsen+ satellite navigation system, DAB digital radio, Bluetooth connectivity and a multi-function steering wheel to control all this added technology.

The new Skoda Yeti Adventure goes on sale at the end of July.
