These are the first images from the Frankfurt Motor Show of the new facelift Toyota Avensis. Exterior styling changes include a new front end which features Toyotas new front grille while the rear receives new light clusters.
Toyota has also spent some time improving the quality of materials used to finish the interior of the new Avensis which will now include soft touch materials. The engine, gearbox and suspension system are other areas of the Avensis which Toyota have made changes too. All these changes add up to the biggest mid-life investment Toyota has ever made for any model in the Toyota line up.
Other vehicles which were on the Toyota display stand at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show included the Toyota Prius+MPV and Toyota Prius Plug-in, which is said to be the most technically advanced Prius yet, while the Prius MPV is Europes first 7 seater hybrid. The 2012 3 door Toyota Yaris and the 2012 Toyota Hilux where amongst others at the Frankfurt motor show.
