Chevrolet has chopped £2600 off the price of its Lacetti Station Wagon.

The offer is available on 1.6 SX SWs, which will now cost £9695. The deal is available between March 1 and March 15, and includes '09-plate cars.

Chevrolet is also taking £1270 off the price of the Aveo 1.2S supermini during the same period, selling it for £6495.

The entry-level 0.8S Matiz is also available for £5595 – a saving of £720.

Despite the generous discounts, buyers are still advised to haggle hard.
