Mitsubishi has overhauled its Shogun 4x4s with fresh looks, new models and price cuts of up to £2200.
Mitsubishi has overhauled its Shogun 4x4s with fresh looks, new models and price cuts of up to £2200.
The updated Shogun is mechanically unchanged and continues to be offered as a long-wheelbase five-door or short-wheelbase three-door car.
Prices now start at £21,499 for the short-wheelbase Classic with a 162bhp 3.2-litre diesel engine, a drop of £700, climbing to an unchanged £32,499 for the five-door Elegance.
The five-door long-wheelbase Equippe falls £2000 to £26,999, while the three-door version is £2200 cheaper than before at £22,999.
The five-door Shogun Warrior drops £1000 in price to £31,499. The three-door model increases by £500 to £27,999 but now comes with a 10-CD multichanger and satellite navigation as standard.
The smaller Shogun Sport gets a new look at the front but is otherwise unchanged in specification and price, costing from £16,999 to £24,199.
As part of the mid-life face-lift, Shoguns in long-wheelbase form are also now available with a manual gearbox.
All Shogun models are on sale now, except the entry-level Shogun Classic, which arrives in January.
