Free trim upgrades on Leon hatch

Seat is extending the free upgrade offers on its Ibiza, Leon, Toledo and Alhambra models.

Available until the end of the year, the deal gives buyers a higher specified or powered car for the price of a lesser model, offering savings of up to £1050.

All of the offers are financially backed by the manufacturer, so buyers can expect to get further discounts by haggling with dealers.

On the Ibiza supermini, customers can buy a three-door 1.2 SX for the price of a 1.2S, a saving of £500. Extra equipment includes climate control, alloy wheels and front fog lights.

The offer comes hot on the heels of a reshuffle for the Ibiza range which saw the introduction of cheaper, better equipped SX specification in place of SE trim.

Five-door Leon hatchbacks in SX trim are on offer for the cost of an S-trimmed model, a discount of £1000. Extra equipment over S specification includes climate control, traction control, rear electric windows and an alarm.

Deals are also available on the Toledo where buyers can get upgraded from the 110bhp 1.9-litre diesel to the 130bhp model, another saving of £500.

The standard Alahambra 1.9 TDi price now buys an SX-trimmed model with its two integrated child seats, cruise control and trays on the front seat backs. The offer saves £1050 off the list price.
