Volvo has upgraded its XC90 4x4, with cosmetic changes and new entertainement options.
The exterior changes are minimal, but include new LED daytime running lights, new rear light lenses, LED brake lights, new lower door mouldings and silver turn indicator bulbs.
All versions now have full colour-coding and silver roof rails and bumper bar.
Inside, there’s a new three-spoke steering wheel, aluminium trim and instrument dials. The load cover has also been redesigned, and the tailgate has a new colour-coordinated leather grab handle.
The updated XC90 is available with additional features as part of the Volvo On Call option. These include Bluetooth music streaming and a new application that allows the driver to check the status of the parked car via an iPhone or Android smart phone.
Prices and full specification details are yet to be released. The updated XC90 is available to order from late October, with first deliveries expected in late December.
Our reviews are based on hard data and thorough testing in the real world.
