Alfa 's new 159 Sportwagon estate is now available to order from £21,095 to £29,350.
Priced £1100 more than equivalent saloons, the new estate is available in two trim levels and with a choice of five engines. Boot space with the rear seats in place is a reasonable 445 litres, expanding to a maximum of 1235 when they're folded away.
The cheaper Turismo specification has dual-zone climate control, seven airbags, a CD player with steering wheel-mounted controls, cruise control, alloy wheels and electric windows. Lusso models also get leather upholstery, light and rain sensors, rear parking sensors and larger alloy wheels.
The three petrol engines are a 1.9-litre petrol offering 160bhp for £21,095, a 2.2-litre with 185bhp from £22,095 and a 3.2-litre V6 developing 260bhp and priced at £29,350.
Two diesels are available: a 150bhp 1.9-litre costing from £21,595 and a 200bhp 2.4 from £25,495.
All engines are matched to a six-speed manual as standard, but a six-speed automatic transmission is available as an option.
