Are there any manufacturers still making cars that allow the driver to switch between 4WD and 2WD by moving a lever or dial?

Most 4x4s are either permanently in 4WD or automatically switch from 2WD to 4WD, but there are still a few cars that give the driver control. The Citroën C-Crosser, Mitsubishi Outlander, Nissan X-Trail and Peugeot 4007 allow you to take charge and, of course, there's the Land Rover Defender. The new Peugeot 3008 Hybrid4 allows you to run in 2WD diesel-only mode, then lets you switch to 4WD when you engage the electric motor.
