Audi

A new online booking service means Audi owners can arrange servicing, MoT tests or replacement tyres by logging on to Audi.co.uk.

Customers can head to the 'Owners area' of the website to book a variety of services, such as courtesy cars, collection and drop-off times, or courtesy lifts.

Once a slot is booked, the user is given a reference number and a price estimate for the work to be completed. Audi then confirms the price by either e-mail or text message.

Audi service centres also offer the company's Audi Cam video-based diagnosis service, where a technician uses a video camera to illustrate the car's problem. These video clips, and estimates, are then sent to the customer's computer or smartphone before any work is carried out.

The new booking service can be seen at audi.co.uk.
