BMW M3 Coupe: first details announced - Drive it how it suits you

BMW has incorporated the MDrive button from the M5 and M6 models. This is a button on the steering wheel that allows you to personalise how the car drives.

It controls the traction control, engine management, steering response settings and the optional Electronic Damper Control system. Once you have programmed these systems through the iDrive control wheel, you can operate them quickly by pushing the MDrive button so that the car's ride and handling can be altered to suit town driving or sporting modes.
