A new online booking system from Bosch should help to provide transparent pricing for servicing and repairs.
Customers can book a range of jobs through the Bosch Car Service website, including a service, an MoT test and other repair work. The system also shows customers what they can expect to pay for each of the items they’ve requested.
With more than 500 members across the country, Bosch Car Service is one of the largest independent service and repair associations in the UK. It’s also the only service and repair scheme to have been awarded stage-two approval by the OFT.
Owners enter their car’ details and their postcode to find the nearest suitable garage, before choosing the level of service they require or request a quote for a specific repair.
The Bosch Car Service network of garages is subject to continuous assessment to ensure a consistently high level of customer service. Customers also benefit from a complaint-handling process and a conciliation service to help resolve disputes.
