They look pretty cool...There are, indeed, some pretty cool-looking cars on the Citroen stand.
A pair of concept cars make their UK debut - the C-Airplay and the C-Buggy.
Both give an indication of what future small cars from Citroen could look like, but you can bet your life you won't be seeing a doorless, roofless and windscreenless model like the C-Buggy in a showroom near you.
The C-Airplay is far more feasible as a look at future superminis, even with transparent panels in the door. The aim of these is to heighten the occupants' sensation of speed.
Anything I can actually buy?The
C1 Airplay is available now for £6495. This special edition of the little city car is based on a £6560 Vibe model but includes a 1GB iPod Nano and docking station, remote central locking and electric front windows as standard.
Red and black exterior colours are also matched by a rather striking chrome or red interior look.
Spend a little more on some decals, priced from £75, and you could make it look as colourful as this version Citroen has on its stand.
And the C6...The Citroen C6 executive is going to be a great model for car-spotting game on long journeys, because even Citroen is predicting super-low sales volumes for the car.
