The Citroen C1 will receive a face-lift and an engine upgrade next year.
A more-efficient version of the 68bhp 1.0-litre petrol engine will be available. Citroen says it manages 62.8mpg, up 1.8mpg, and emits 106g/km CO2, down 2g/km.
Exterior changes include a larger grille, redesigned headlights and a new design of alloy wheels.
Inside, the car has higher-quality cabin materials. Full trim details will be released early next year, with prices expected to start at around £7600.
