Daewoo becomes Chevrolet - Lacetti saloon

19 January 2005
The Lacetti is Chevrolet’ Ford Focus rival. This saloon is a face-lifted version of the Daewoo Nubira.

The entry-level SX uses the same 108bhp 1.6-litre engine as before but falls in price by £500 to £10,495. The 120bhp 1.8-litre CDX version is now available with a manual gearbox for £11,995, and the automatic is still available for the same £12,995 asking price.

Specification levels are unchanged so all models offer front and side airbags, remote central locking, alloy wheels, air-conditioning and a CD player. CDX models also have climate control, leather upholstery and satellite-navigation.
