The Nissan Qashqai is one of the most popular cars on the road, with its blend of family car practicality and a raised SUV driving position. It's due to be replaced by a new model early next year, though - and Nissan's salesmen are clearly keen to make sure they don't end up with old stock when the time comes.
Our deals shoppers have found a cracking deal on the 1.6-litre petrol Qashqai in front-wheel-drive Tekna trim; you'll pay £18,857 at Carfile.net, saving £2788.
The seven-seat Qashqai+2 is also due to be replaced early next year – by the next generation of Nissan's X-Trail. So, existing X-Trails are also available at knock-down prices; Carfile.net is offering £2778 off a 2.0-litre diesel X-Trail in Acenta trim, at £22,817.
Nissan isn't the only brand willing to do deals on SUVs. Our buyers found Honda's CR-V at Drivethedeal.com with a 2.0-litre petrol engine, in SE-T spec, for , a saving of £2582. If you want something even larger, Hyundai's latest Santa Fe could do the trick; Orangewheels.co.uk is offering the 2.2 CRDi seven-seat version, in Premium SE 4WD trim, for £30,257; that's £2913 off list price.
