Detroit Motor Show - Jaguar

How much do we like the new Jaguar XK Convertible?
This is the first chance we've had to see the new XK Convertible in the metal, and we're pleased to report it's just as pretty as the pictures.

It's a real triumph of design and, for one lucky whatcar.com tester, it's ready to drive. Come back to the site in a couple of weeks to find out if it's as good to pilot as it is to drool over.

There's good news for buyers, too – the drop-top XK is going on sale in the UK soon, alongside the equally stunning coupe.

Prices start at £58,955 for the coupe and £64,955 for the convertible, which are fitted with a 300bhp 4.2-litre V8. A supercharged 400bhp model is also on the way as well as, possibly, a cheaper 3.5-litre V8.
