Every Kia to get seven-year warranty

04 January 2010

  • Seven-year warranty for all models
  • Previously only for European-built cars
  • Warranty transferable when vehicle is sold

All Kias get seven-year warranty

Kia is extending its seven-year warranty to every model in its range.

The seven-year warranty was previously available only on cars built at its European factories – such as the Cee'd and Sportage.

However the warranty will now cover all models, including the new Kia Venga and the Kia Soul.

Michael Cole, Managing Director of Kia Motors UK, said: 'The warranty covers every vehicle in our line-up for up to seven years – and no-one in the business can boast that. Even better, the warranty is transferable to subsequent owners bringing a big boost for used values.'

The warranty is limited to 100,000 and is transferable to subsequent owners when the car is sold on.
