An even faster version of the Porsche 911 GT3 is arriving in the UK this October.
The GT3 RS uses the same 415bhp engine as the standard GT3, but Porsche says it's faster in a straight line and around corners.
A tweaked six-speed gearbox and lighter flywheel help the GT3 RS shave a tenth of a second off the 0-62mph sprint, which now takes just 4.2 seconds. Top speed, however, drops from 193mph to 187mph.
Overall, the car is 20kg lighter, thanks to a plastic rear engine cover and plastic windscreen, even though it's 44mm wider than the standard GT3. Its wider rear track makes it quicker through the bends, Porsche says.
Shrinking violets can opt for a silver or black finish, but orange and green paint are offered for those who want to stand out.
And the price for all of the RS tweaks? The car is yours for £94,280 - £14,740 more than the standard GT3.
