Ford Focus and C-Max buyers can now specify adjustable control pedals, which can make the driving position more comfortable.
The system allows the accelerator, brake and clutch pedals to be moved up to 55mm closer to the driver's feet.
It uses an electric motor to move the pedals, with a control switch located on the side of the seat cushion.
The pedals' lowest setting is the same as fixed pedals, so maximum legroom is unaffected.
Moveable pedals are available on Focus Titanium and C-Max Style, Zetec and Titanium models for £100, and apply to manual or automatic transmissions.
