Ford is celebrating 100 years in Britain by delving into its photo archive.
This week's photo is taken on the production line at its factory in Dagenham, Essex in the 1950s.
Workers are building the Ford Prefect – the Focus of its day – on a moving assembly line, the idea of which was pioneered by Henry Ford and is used in all mass-market car factories today.
