Ford S-Max: sporty face, seven seats - Introduction

Ford's third MPV offering, after the Focus C-Max and Galaxy, is not easy to pigeon-hole. It's bigger than rivals such as the Vauxhall Zafira and Toyota Verso, but not as much of a box on wheels as most full-scale MPVs, so it seems to occupy its own niche. It also tries hard to present a sporty face without compromising too much on seven-seat practicality.
