The quickest Mini you've ever seen is going fastJust 444 of these 218bhp Cooper S Works GP models will make it into the hands of UK buyers for around £22,000 each.
So far, three-quarters of this limited allocation have already been snapped up by Mini fanatics, so if you want one you're going to have to act quickly.
As well as having more power than a usual Cooper S Works, the GP cars are also 40kg lighter. Weight-saving measures include removing the rear seat entirely.
And the net result of all this tweaking? 0-62mph in less than 6.5secs and a top speed of 146mph.
We're not so sure about the colour scheme, though – metallic blue body with a silver roof and red door mirrors.
And another Traveller concept?'Fraid so. So far we've had cars with kiteboards at Frankfurt, tea and scones in Tokyo and snowboards at Detroit. This time around we've got a Monte Carlo Rally support car with a spare wheel in the roof, searchlights and toolboxes where you'd normally find windows.
Mini has already confirmed that longer wheelbase Mini will go on sale in the next three years.
