Renault will launch a longer version of its Modus supermini next year called the Grand Modus.
The new car has a 93mm longer wheelbase than the standard Modus, and has a sliding, split/folding rear seat bench which can be tipped forward to create extra luggage space.
With these seats folded down, luggage space increases from 410 litres to 1454 litres. With the seats down, it's double the capacity of the current standard Modus.
Renault promises lots more storage elsewhere in the Grand Modus, too - there are underfloor compartments, drawers, aircraft-style overhead lockers and storage on the backs of the front seats.
The Grand Modus will be launched early next year, at the same time as a new standard-wheelbase model.
