Hyundai Grand Santa Fe set for Geneva
It's larger than the standard car – 10mm taller, 5mm wider and 225mm longer – while keeping a similar look.
The main styling changes have been made to the grille, foglamps, front bumper and at the rear to compensate for the extra length. The Grand Santa Fe also sits on different 18- or 19-inch alloys.
The larger size and stretched wheelbase give the car a load-lugging capacity of 607 litres. The Grand Santa Fe has seven seats too.
All cars come with Hyundai's Flex Steer system, which allows the driver to change the feel of the steering.
Only one powertrain is available: a 2.2-litre diesel unit that's coupled to a six-speed automatic gearbox.
Inside, the Grand Santa Fe comes with a touch-screen infotainment system and a panoramic sunroof as standard.
The Grand Santa Fe will be seen at the Geneva motor show. It will be available only in left-hand drive and there are no plans to bring it to the UK.
