Hyundai has reintroduced its Amica supermini to the UK after a three-year absence, with prices starting at £5995.
The restyled car has a lower roofline, in the hope of improving driveability and aerodynamics, and has a new engine.
The Amica has a 62bhp 1.1-litre petrol engine, 7bhp more powerful than the old model, but it's still very economical, returning 52.3mpg on the combined cycle.
The entry-level GSI model has power steering, a driver's airbag, front electric windows and a CD player. Another £500 buys a CDX model, which adds air-conditioning, keyless entry, remote central locking, front fog lamps and alloy wheels to the package.
The Amica is in showrooms now.
