JD Power Satisfaction Survey 2006 - Superminis

08 June 2006
This is the category with the greatest contrast. On the one hand, it contains two of the top five cars overall, but on the other hand it includes three of the bottom eight.

Class winner
Honda Jazz
Rating: 86.1%
Overall ranking: 2nd

The only criticism that can be levelled at the Jazz is that this year's result isn't quite as good as last year's. In every other respect, this is an excellent performance and good enough for the Jazz to retain its position as the best supermini.

Jazz owners were particularly impressed with its low running costs and the service provided by dealers.

With top ratings for the practicality of the interior, its drive and engine, too, it was only a relatively high number of problems with the suspension and ventilation that prevented an even more emphatic win.
