Kia has loaned the parents of quintuplets born in the UK last November a Sedona MPV for the remainder of their stay in the UK.
The car maker runs a scheme offering discounts on new cars to parents of multiple births, extending to a free new car for anyone who gives birth to quintuplets.
However, these offers are only eligible to UK residents and, although they were born in Britain, the quintuplets and their parents are Russian nationals.
Nevertheless, Kia has now arranged a loan of a Sedona for Dmitry and Varkara Artamkin and their five daughters, Elizaveta, Alexandra, Nadezhda, Tatiana and Varvara.
The loan of the car was initially delayed while Kia overcame insurance issues with lending a car to Russian nationals. However, the family is now entitled to drive the car until all five children are given medical clearance to return home.
Our reviews are based on hard data and thorough testing in the real world.
