LA Auto Show 2011 - Kia GT

The Kia GT concept car has been brought over to the US for the LA Auto Show.

We first saw this car at the Frankfurt motor show, where our sources suggested that a V8 engine would power the GT and that it could form the basis for a luxury saloon in the US.

The GT is Kia's first rear-wheel-drive concept car and it's expected to be followed by a similarly sporty one – using the same underpinnings – at the Detroit motor show in January 2012.
