LA Auto Show 2011 - Volvo Concept You

16 November 2011
There's nothing new on Volvo's stand at the LA Auto Show, but the Concept You - first unveiled at the Frankfurt motor show – makes an interesting centrepiece.

Meanwhile, Volvo boss Stefan Jacoby has been reiterating the company's vision of developing super-efficient four-cylinder engines that have the power of six-cylinder units.

'Focusing on four-cylinder engines is a perfect way to improve fuel economy without compromising driving pleasure or performance,' he said. 'We will offer customers four-cylinder engines with higher performance than present six-cylinder units, and they will have better fuel economy than the current generation of four-cylinder engines.'
