Latest Euro NCAP tests: Mini and Peugeot - Introduction

20 April 2007
Mini and Peugeot have received a maximum five stars for adult protection for their new Mini Cooper and Peugeot 207 CC convertible models in the latest round of Euro NCAP results.

However, both didn't score as well for pedestrian protection, each receiving just two out of four stars.

The 207CC didn't receive a child occupant score because Euro NCAP said it wasn't possible to fit Peugeot's recommended child restraint system into the rear seats. The Mini Cooper received three out of five stars for child occupant protection.
