MG Rover owners are being offered a 20% discount on third-party warranty cover with Warranty Direct.

Since MG Rover went into administration, many owners could find themselves without any back-up if faults develop – particularly if the dealer they bought their car from goes bust. This would also mean the loss of statutory rights of redress under the Sale of Goods Act.

Warranty Direct has cut 20% off its policies which cover the cost of repairs if faults develop. With three years of protection costing as much as £900, depending on the size of the engine, this discount could save MG Rover owners up to £180.
