Mitsubishi's 'i' on the future - Introduction

You've seen the iPod and iMac – now you should be able to buy the iCar. Mitsubishi sells the futuristic-looking city car in Japan and is likely to bring it to a dealer near you this autumn.

The five-door city car is designed to compete with models such as the Daihatsu Sirion, Peugeot 107 and Toyota Aygo, and whatcar.com is the first to test-drive it in the UK.

Mitsubishi will decide in the next few weeks whether to bring the iCar to the UK. If it gets the go-ahead, it could go on sale in September for £8999.
