Nissan has cut the prices on all its Micra models by an average of 2.2%, with the largest cut being £1500.
Specifications are unchanged - Initia models cost £7495, a £1500 cut, and have driver, passenger and side airbags, ISOFIX child seat mountings, central locking, electric front windows and 60/40 split/folding rear seats.
Spirita cars now cost £8795, a £1200 cut. They cost £1300 more than Initia, and have air-conditioning, leather steering wheel with audio and computer controls, driver's seat height and lumbar adjustment and a six-speaker stereo.
Spend another £1100 and you can have a Sport model - these cars are cut by £750 to £9895, and come with 16-inch alloy wheels, body-coloured roof and side spoilers, front foglamps tinted headlamps, aluminium-look pedals and a 6-CD autochanger..
Sport SR models are cut by £300 to £10,695 and come with climate control, auto lighting, rain-sensing wipers, electronic stability programme and an exhaust pipe finisher. They cost £800 more than Sport models.
Finally, Active Luxury cars are the same price as Sport SR cars, but come with heated leather front seats and metallic paint, aluminium pedals, a sports gear lever and tinted headlamps. Prices on these cars have also been cut by £300.
The price changes are effective immediately.
