Nissan is launching special editions of the Pathfinder 4x4 and Navara pick-up, called Mammoth.
Extra equipment includes a rear-mounted DVD player, an uprated BOSE sound system, sat-nav, a colour reversing camera and Bluetooth mobile phone connectivity.
You'll also find cruise control, rain sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, front foglights, rear privacy glass, leather upholstery and 17-inch alloy wheels as standard.
The Pathfinder Mammoth costs £27,995, which is £1000 less than top-trim Aventura models.
The Navara Mammoth costs £16,995, which is £1930 less than the top-specification Outlaw trim.
However, buyers should check What Car?'s Target Price before buying.
Hagglers are likely to find it harder to get money off special-edition models, but the potential savings on standard editions could mean you get a better deal.
