Nissan is introducing a new four-speed automatic gearbox option for its Micra C+C coupe-cabriolet.

Available as a £900 option on Sport and Essenza models with the 1.6-litre petrol engine, the Micra C+C automatic reaches 62mph in 12.2sec and goes on to a top speed of 111mph. The car also returns an average of 38.2mpg.

Sport models cost £14,895 and are equipped with 15-inch alloy wheels and air-conditioning.

Essenza models also have 15-inch alloy wheels, but also come with climate control, heated leather seats, in-dash six-CD autochanger and intelligent key locking system.
