Nissan is taking the crossover concept to the extreme by creating a crossover cabriolet for the LA motor show later this week.

The Murano Crosscabriolet is a two-door Murano convertible with, says Nissan, room for four adults, space for golf bags or luggage (even with the top down), and a premium interior.

The car is due to go on sale in the US early next year, but Nissan says it has no plans to bring it to Europe.

The LA motor show starts on Wednesday, and whatcar.com will be there, bringing you all the news that UK car buyers need to know.
